Introduction to toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics

The video demonstrates basic information on toxicokinetics: how chemicals enter a human body via ingestion, briefing, and skin; how they get into a bloodstream; how they are metabolised in the liver and cumulate in some tissues; and the ways chemicals are excreted from a body. It provides essential information on what biomarkers of exposure are and how they can be used to assess exposure to chemicals and internal doses of chemicals.
