Sir, I think that you have to change your M_raw for M_net in 31:15, where M_net = M_raw minus M_background-leakage

@@paulravindran for example: for some PTW electrometer, they can show you a very good M_net directly on the device screen, if you previously perform a very good "null" process

Thank you. I could not find the reason in TRS 398, but I assume that it should be to bring a good difference in the values of M1 & M2. I will get back if I get a more convincing answer to this.
