Sir as you explained in this Video at 33:20, The Supreme Court of the USA has no original jurisdiction. But in the same article and section,, there are clear words that the supreme court has also original jurisdiction. The same words of the US Constitution are as under: In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make. Sir kindly read the section and correct me If I am mistaken.
