if we have more then 1 flow then in response how do we know which flow's response is this ?

The functionality of working with "Request Decryption and Encryption" for flow endpoints does not work well, and the examples provided with different programming languages do not work at least for Python and PHP. It might be better if you could maintain an API communication like other Whatsapp message types like lists.
