how do we calculate the boundary layer thickness in the adverse pressure gradient turbulent flow??? i tried searching everywhere but couldn't find it, if known please help...

When there's adverse pressure gradient then there's no theory available that is simple to understand. They all are algebraically complex that's why you are not able to find it. You can find it in advanced texts.
