Best lecture with a pure heart ,it is perfectly noticeable . It is good like slow down ((subject constitution)) or person or is high and supreme court and army is person or not. Pure heart all lawyer are not do like this to show his knowledge (struggle)

Sir, Salam; i respectfully draw your attention to the problems of young lawyer. And i want to request you to upload lectures on different kinds of paper work requred in various suits. Forexample in bail suit how many copies are to be attached ,what kinds of forms are to be filled. How to deposit court fee How much stamp a plaint What kinds of attestations are required etc How to file a suit How to apply for copies What kinds of papers are filled in partition suit Please show the full file of each suit That would be a great help to new lawyers Thanks

Sir I have filed a suit before authority appointed under payment & wages act against my ex-employer (a private medical college/hospital) which is owned by a nonprofit organization but the appointed authority has no jurisdiction on nonprofit organization. What is the remedy against this scenario to recover my gratuity, leave encashment and salary arrears?

sir tell me when any woman do marriage in subsisting marriage and first husband did not divorced her nor she takes any decree of dissolution of marriage on the basis of Khula, it mean she is doing rape with second husband, how we can stop her willfully rap with second husband what is remedy plz, because this step of woman is against the law and sharia. plz rply urgently
