Self-analysis allows us to accelerate our emotional and spiritual growth by examining our lives with compassion and constructive honesty, which helps us to make better decisions and express the joy of the soul. Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Ishtananda explains the incredible spiritual potential of introspection as taught by Paramahansa Yogananda.
