Introversion is isolation... MEN, we can't afford to isolate anymore

I haven't watched the full video but based by the title i can agree that even as an introvert, we collectively can not survive being alone. The damage being alone does is long lasting and simply not worth it!

I think extroverts feel good with people no matter what. Introverts can feel good around small group of people who they know really good. I’ve always been an introvert since I was a kid. I was avoiding my friend even when she wanted to go to school with me. There were so many times I wanted to change myself as I felt so different and weird from others. And I tried but it didn’t work out ever. I’ve been isolating myself now. I have enough to pretend being “normal” while at work so isolating is the only solution for me. Because I’ve never met anyone in my life who I would be truly myself with.
