Her problem was relatable to the early me .... I was very afraid to ans any question our tchr was asking cause I was afraid if am wrong it changed in the time of online class... In that time I joined a new school and the tchr nor fellow mates could see my face only the ans then i was not afraid anymore then when the school opened i again became the shy one not forever, only till i left that school and joined another were i understood one thing if i shouted some wrong ans and the class laugh its okay because they didn't remember that incident ever again... Conclusion: now its my last year in this school and iam giving speeches in the main days like independence day cause i know people will not remember the shy ones they remembers the funny ones 😂 and I love it ❤ and if i leave this school there is no chance of meeting these people who know me as funny.. they will also forget abt me when years will pass so i will never regret anything!!!

Every word you said is very true. I used to worry about what people think of me, but now I don't care. As an introvert, I find it challenging to make friends, but I'm slowly changing that. I have social anxiety because I mostly spend time with family and friends, and I rarely go outdoors because I don't enjoy it. This contributes to my social anxiety, which is also fueled by past mistakes. Now, at 25, I'm pursuing my undergraduate degree and trying to change myself. Sometimes I feel low, but overall, I'm on track. 😅

Being introvert is NOT a bad thing! Yes, they have their own demerits but so do the extroverts, we all have to just understand that and live with it, the only thing we should do is try to overcome those difficulties but we shouldn't stress about them since noone is perfect anyways and this applies to both introverts and extroverts, this obviously doesnt mean that we dont have to work on our negative points!

सवाल नहीं पूछने और अपनी बात न रख पाने के दो वजहें होती हैं. पहला तो वही जो सर ने बताया की हम दूसरे की परवाह कर रहे होते हैं की उसको बुरा लगेगा, या उनको तकलीफ होगा. दूसरा ये कि हम अपने बारे में सोचते हैं की अगर सही से पूछ नहीं पाया तो सब लोग मज़ाक उड़ाएंगे , हंसेंगे. पर सच तो ये है की किसी को आपके बारे में सोचने का समय ही नहीं है , हां मज़ाक उड़ाने का अवसर ढूंढते रहते हैं। पर क्या आप उनके मज़ाक उड़ाने का पात्र बनने से डरेंगे और अपने को आगे बढ़ने से रोकेंगे? उनके बारे में सोचना बंद करिए और अपने फायदे की सोचिए और सवाल पूछना शुरू करिए , एक-दो बार अटपटा लगेगा पर यकीन मानिए तीसरी बार में वे लोग आपके बराबर टिक ही नही पायेंगे। तो कल की क्लास में सवाल ज़रूर पूछिए। अगर कल नहीं पूछ पाते हैं तो एक नए इंस्ट्यूट में जा कर कोशिश करिए, आसानी से पूछ पायेंगे और फिर धीरे-धीरे सभी जगह अपनी बात रखिए , अपना हक मांगिए। - पूर्व इंट्रोवर्ट 🙏
