What are yours thoughts on Fi and Fe?

Fi doms/aux folk generally annoy me Fe is a curse, don't like, for the most part

As an fi user, we are definitely empathic in some cases moreso. Fe to me seems to go with the group and be quite cliquey. They don't always have a solid opinion and just go with the herd. I don't do this. I prefer to go with my own opinion and will be willing to go against a group or what's deemed to be popular opinion to protect an individual. This is also empathy

Articulated very well. I agree that Fi hero can be very empathetic and it does tend to annoy me that there exists a lot of misconceptions surrounding that. I definitely step into a person's shoes, look out through their eyes and am able to feel what they feel if I have connected with them. In fact, before I knew about typology I viewed people who said they didn't do this as cold and I just didn't get it because I just naturally did it so studying typology has helped me understand the mental processes of others.

I too have realized that the axis are REALLY what exist in people. Not individual functions. And, basically, that's what Jung is trying to say with 'preferences'. It's all perspectives.

Fi - subjective emotional value (as your own sympathy to some human), Fe - objective emotional value (as how much good that human is in general, supposed for anyone's view). This relates to more attention on kinds of emotional states in other people: Fi - what concrete human likes, Fe - how positive is general emotional state of a human. This attention makes Fi types try behave in more pleasant or comfortable way for conrete people with who they communicate, while Fe types try to inspire better and higher emotional state of people near them. INFJ have Fi as base and Ne as secondary function in Jung typology. So them should be emotionally calm and courteous persons, avoiding to hit feelings of people. Where Fe types are louder and more externally expressive in emotions, some lesser polite.

If this is true that Fe is always partnered with Ti, I’m Ti and this Fe is somewhat similar to me. I care to people but it is not so obvious

Yes, Ti and Fe always come together. XXTP and XXFJ types both use Fe and Ti.

@@INFJinxed aah so youre saying that the Fe is behind the XXTP while Ti is behind the XXFJ? I might be XXTP becoz i always think like it is never ending. Sometimes a debate is happening in mind or sometimes 3d objects and how they function but people dont know. They always laugh at me when they see my eyes moving side by side, i dont notice it at first but maybe i do that when i think

@@reizer05 XXTP types have Ti as the first or second function, and Fe as their third or fourth. XXFJ types have it the other way around.

@@reizer05 No, but I have plenty of videos on cognitive functions. J and P just gives us more input on the functions. (FJ -> Fe; TP -> Ti; TJ -> Te; FP -> Fi; NP ->Ne; NJ -> Ni; SJ -> Si; SP -> Se)
