Honestly, happiness is nothing special. After taking a shower and opening the window, I feel comfortable under the blanket. Hi! A lot of times happiness simply feels like peace & calm. It can fall within a spectrum of “Woo-hoo!! OMG!Yaaay!” to “Oh. Even though I’m dealing with a lot…I feel kinda Ok right now. Whew! Yay.” Or “I finally did my dishes & some of my laundry. Now I have clean clothes & don’t have to eat my food straight out of the can. Yay!” Lol Also it’s empowering & important to remember that we can choose to find things/reasons to be happy. Personally, I’ve learned that most of my happiness comes from appreciation, gratitude & most importantly…tapping into the spirit of Awe, wonder, joy, magic and playfulness we all have as children. One of my most favourite things & one of the Most Beautiful things in the whole wide world are 🫧BUBBLES!🫧 I have bubble wands aka my Magic Wands that I travel with, take on walks & keep in my car. One time I bust them out while waiting for my tank to fill at a gas station. All of a sudden I heard some young bro guys in traffic waiting for the light to change pumping their fists out their windows yelling “BUBBLES!!! Yaaay!!BUUUBBBLES!!!” I smiled & waved at them then ….blew them some more BUBBLES!! Yay!! They were filled with so much JOY all because of the playfulness in that moment. It was such a heartfelt exchange & one of my favorite memories! Anyhow, my point is…get yourself your own 🫧Magic Wand🫧 and see what happens. It’s a great place to start. You can find, remember & reconnect with the feeling of happiness if you want to. The choice is…Yours. I know you’ll find it again. In the meantime…I’m gonna blow some 🫧Bubbles!🫧 just for you! 😉🫧💕🫧
