Getting comfortable with uncertainty is definitely a process (I'm still reading that book too 😉 & that's been a process! I haven't had much time for reading & when I do, I find that I go back & reread because I've forgotten what I read up to that point, but then with the "re"-reading (retrograde lol), I find that either I understand it more or it sticks better). My new kitten family members have been keeping me on my toes! 🧡
