Lmao @ u seeing the frustration I felt for years of his actions not matching his words….cheat and get mad at me for finding out, then break up with me, tell me he’s not good enough for me and he’s got all these problems he kept to himself and I’m better off without him…then comes back and tells me I’m his and I’m never gonna leave him…yup he’s that azzhole …it was our routine…until now…cuz I’ll NEVER take him back! 4 months and I don’t miss him one bit! 💯😂

I feel terrible to hear that this person is suffering at the very start of a new year and that in itself is traumatizing. His energy is being wasted on this situation as the clock ticks away. He said he went back to a home that is unwelcoming and he feels left out. It would be a terrible shame if the wifey is GASLIGHTLIGHTING him. Turning the kids against him. His head is a whirlwind of thoughts, questions, regrets, self doubt, and low self worth. He wasn't born that way and he seems to have a heart that is in disagreement with his mind. He may be living with a covert narcissist who controls him in front of the kids which is a horrible experience when you're terrified of wifeys moods. It's his home too, his name may be on the deed but he's left out in the cold after years of loyalty and protection and provision? The wife seems to be a person who has a miserable mindset, self loathing, self pity, bitterness because she's not happy with who she is. She projects these feeling of being worthless on to him to make him feel so guilty. She is punishing him. She is emasculating him. He didn't have an affaire because of the incredible physical and sexual chemistry. Something made him seek warmth and caring and unconditional lover from someone else's arms. On the outside he looks like the bad husband and father. But God only knows what he has to deal with, silently every day. She may be an incompatible partner. She may be verbally, emotionally and maybe even physically busing him so he has to watch his every move. That's why he's trapped in his mind fighting against himself because he may be petrified to speak his mind. I feel bad for him. I was GASLIGHTED for 8 years and I suffered an incredibly agonizing, demoralizing and degrading verbally torturing time in my life. I was going through post partum depression and my ex made things worse. My friends and family thought it was my fault because he was always in their ears gossiping about me. I couldn't do anything right so to punish me, he excluded me from all my son's activities and playdates and monopolized him. Let's try to look at this from his mindset. He may regret marring her. She may have trapped him? He may not have had a real choice. The adventurer in him wanted to see the world but married too soon. It's completely normal. He wasn't done finding himself and found himself trapped in a toxic relationship. Pray for him.
