@@goobermagoob9160 Meh, not the same as brutally chainsawing a big dude in pieces. Crucible is cool and all but it just ain't the same, not to mention that i just don't get why they even kept chainsaw fuel cannisters around if it can only make you kill a medium large enemy at max charges.

@@grizzlymelon8376 Because the chainsaw only regenrates one charge on its own, so you can get the ammo you need from fodder demons, but if you want to take down something like an Arachnotron, Mancubus or other more dangerous demons right away, you have to earn it. You can't chainsaw enemies like the Arch-Vile or Marauder, because the game pretty much treats them as mini bosses, so you can't just cheese a fight by immediately taking out the only things that actually have a chance at killing you just by themselves, if you don't put in the effort for it.

@@LU-C4 But you couldn't actually just saw the big guys willy nilly in Doom 2016, you had to save up for it and use it at the most oppertune time and hope you had enough. And i think that same could have applied here, just 1 shot a single big guy and be out of luck for the next one (and honestly with them throwing 2 archvilles, doomhunters, spirited heavy enemies at you at the same time, all the time, it wouldn't be a ultimate win button anyway). As of now i'm really just not seeing any point in saving up multiple cannisters. I dunno man, maybe it's just me but the Chainsaw was kind of a powerful staple and iconic weapon of its own, and now it feels like no more then a resource mechanic.
