I don't watch streams so i don't know if you know this but there are secret locations of each tribe and to unlock them you need a ring that can be crafted from 3 pieces each The pieces can be randmly goten from luxurious and precious chest over the map When you unlock them all you can get 15 pieces of each new artifacts and 3 elixirs Yellow ring pieces can be found in Tequemecan Valley region Green ring pieces can be found in Coatepec Mountian and Basin of Unnumbered Flames regions Azure ring pieces can be found in Toyac Springs region

They haven't actually changed the banners rates, it's just that there is a fall safe system for people who experience multiple 50/50 losses in a row that will gradually increase your odds of winning your next 50/50. It's for situations like Seeles VA loosing ALL her 50/50's in Star Rail during Penacony (it was bad enough it became a joke on the cast joint pulling streams.) It means that if you were experiencing something similar in Genshin your odds of eventually winning a 50/50 will increase after the second and third loss. It's similar to how your odds of getting a 5 star start to increase after you hit 70 wishes and will increase with every pull until you get a 5 star or hit 90 pulls, whichever comes first.
