Invasion Of The Army Worms...Or Grub Worms??

My grass is dead and I'm not happy. Do I have an armyworm issue or a grub worm issue? Have you dealt with armyworm issues recently? Who has Grub Worm issues and how did you treat it? I just want my grass back.

I’m super late but….. in the pic, the white thing is a grub and the reddish thing is an armyworm casing that they hatch out of.
