Neurotoxins are not present in snail eggs. But it will be in any part of the snail. And neurotoxins can only be obtained from eating them.

Red dragonfly dont deposit huge clusters of eggs on land like the apple snail, they deposit theirs in water so big clutches like those are fine to crush
