HI, can I use this vdo and the narration to use in my training?

Lean methodology in agile that I was reading about focuses a lot on the reducing waste part of kaizen. It’s awesome to see the whole concept of kaizen presented. This is really fun to explore!

I found a video to be informative and gets right to the point which I believe is to highlight that you offer certification. I found a video to be high-level and comprehensive in the area that it touches.

Don't mind those 'English' teachers who want to correct a syllable instead of looking at the big picture. Awesome presentation!

This was hugely helpful! I only have a small critique. The header mentioned 7 types of wastes in lean manufacturing, but listed 6.

I guess I was listening while working on the computer. So the monotone and pacing makes it hard to pick up main points.

Can we apply kaizen in Business Consultancy firm ?
@k-92303 жыл бұрын
Kaizen is a philosophy that can be applied everywhere. It's about taking small steps everyday and slowly optimizing each process that you go through. Let's say you gotta deliver a box regularly to someone. You wanna see what small improvements you can make, for eg reducing by 10 minutes the time it takes you to deliver the box.

The only problem is that the higher the quality of the product, the less the corporation profits. Because the better the product is, the less it needs to be replaced. Which lowers the value of the product due to lack of demand. The number one goal of the corporation is not quality, it's making money. Unfortunately. 😥
@warrenthorp2 жыл бұрын
There is too much in this video that is incorrect. Here’s one of many: ‘poka yoke and kaizen are different from each other’. This may be true but misses the point, and more importantly it misses the meaning of C.I. In actual fact poka yoke is a kaizen activity. Kaizen is the umbrella term. Too many errors to list.
