I was trying what you describe in the video, Inventor 2021. Drew the arc and finish sketch. Start new sketch on new plane. Draw the line and finish sketch. When I try to use the sweep tool and try to select the line as the profile, it wouldn’t allow me to do so. As if the line and arc were one. ????? Tried many times to no avail.

Working on this now in Inventor 2020 with the same result as you - can't figure it out
