aman is wrong. Piyush is absolutely right and giving him chance to grow. Sid has to solve the problem and has to sit back and enjoy 25% of the equity lifetime and can focus on other inventions. Suppose, Piyush give him a problem with an investment of 25lakhs and Sid is able to create an invention for him and Piyush used sales, marketing, and operations for the production & distribution. then SID will be very rich, without running the company. True, Piyush will be more richer but he has to do all the work except the solution.

I agree. I have immense respect for Peyush in this case. If you remember, he also funded Jugaadu Kamlesh and he gave this guy a chance after making him see where he stands. What I feel for this guy is ,he comes from very Humble background where he did not any good exposure.
