Wait! Are you saying the weedwhacker engine has brushes? For me, there are two significant problems with the design, neither of which has anything to do with the presence or lack of brushes. No 1, it’s LOUD! You’re not going to hear traffic from behind, with that roaring away. No 2, the drive spindle and chain needs to be covered, to protect both the rider and innocent bystanders, from being tangled up in it.

He's correct it is brushless, there's definitely no brushes to be seen there, but more importantly is the fact that it's useless.

Technically, he doesn't know what a lawn mower is. He took the motor off of a weed eater.

Here’s a Cyclemaster!

Wow, Cyclemaster! That’s a classic, right? The Cyclemaster is a motorized bicycle, popular in the 1950s, where the motor was built into the wheel to save the rider from having to pedal so much. It’s pretty unique and fun! Do you own one?

@ yep, about 1960-61. Great fun. Wish I had it now. I also had a ‘50’s Lambretta van. Wide front cab with roof and a roller rear door to back of van body. 3 gears, and, press a pedal on the floor gave a reverse.

Very good craftsmanship!! Geared too high though. Needs a sprocket on the bottom at least 3 times that big and will have more take off power. But awesome job!!

Thank you very much for the compliment! You are right, larger gears can help improve takeoff force. I will note this in future projects to improve efficiency,Thank you for your attention and sharing, have a nice day
