Need heat sinks on the "cold" side of the 6 chips, and a small fan running off the current to flow air across those cold side sinks.

You should use TEG modules instead of TEC modules. TEG modules are designed and dedicated to generate electricity from heat, yes you can generate electricity from TEC but it will not output the same amount as a TEG.

a peltier can’t provide such high currents needed to supply current to an led, however, if we put multiple of these devices that Inventor KR has made in parallel, we may actually be able to produce a sufficient amount of power! and forgot to mention, maybe add a low-power fan and heatsink on top of the peltiers to improve efficiency.

The opposite side has to be cooled massively otherwise the output will be quite weak. The more temperature difference the more power.

Ideally you should cool the cold face, but at least insulate it and not connect it to the plate being heated with metal plates.

I intend to do exactly that this summer. 50-100 el cheapo TEC modules thermalglued to the backside of a 100watt solar panel, still on the fence about heatsinks and air flow, or a liquid cooled setup and its associated pump (losses) If I could get another 50-100watts @ 18v (tuned down to 12v with a charge controller) I would be beyond thrilled. 25-50watts would make me happy.

Yes, it works, and yes it works over decades. But the efficiency is in most cases LESS than 6%. Innovation on this elements is very slow, because only a few scientists work on it. I bought one 40 years ago, and last year one. They were identic!!! No progress. Very disappointing😢 One projekt is to pimp up PV-elements, because they heat up and this can be used as a heat source for free. The electric Power from the seebek-generator can be added, and improve the overall efficiency. The price is enormous!

КПД элемента Пельтье около 20%... Следовательно чтобы засветить лампу мощностью 50Вт от Пельтье нужно отобрать 200Вт... К примеру эффективность солнечных батарей повысили до 29,15% и ничего сжигать не нужно, хоть и там есть свои минусы

Использовать модули ТЕС из охладителя (как в ролике) - хреновая идея. Как генератор, они дают слабую мощу. Другое дело термоэлектрогенераторные модули. Например TEG1-12611-6.0 Макс. мощность 14,6 ватт ( т.гор=300, т.хол=30). При т.хол=30, а т.гор=100 даст всего 2ватта (1,4В, 1,4А). Сомневаешься, поищи даташит. А при воздушном охлаждении эта приблуда долго не проработает - нагреется холодная часть и эффективность упадет до нуля ((((
