V good effort though. As this test is performed in October, Solar irradiance decreases so try to test the same system in May June when sunshine is at peak. Efficiency of your panels is 19.93% means they can deliver around 320Watt out of 400Watt. Since 400Watts specified at datasheet are at STC where temperature is kept at 25C to test the panels. Per every degree rise in temperature power of panel decreases according to temperature coefficient of power. So out of 4000Watts with 19.93% you will get = 3202.8Watts from panel. Also Inverter efficiency DC/AC is 0.93% = 2978.6Watts. Since the manual specifies rated output as 3.2KVA/3.2KW, not 3.2KW specifically so means if you are running mixed inductive + resistive load and reached 3.2KVA you cannot go beyond as we know there is reactive power under inductive load. I guess 3.2 KW can be achieved while testing under pure Resistive load. They have also specified in their manual that while operating it under line mode efficiency is >95% ( Rated R load, battery full charged ). Rated R load is rated resistive load.

This is not how efficiency of solar panel is calculated. Efficiency depends on solar irradiance and surface area and is pre determined according to the way the panel is designed by the company..After that if you can give a 400 watt STC it will give you 400 watt output but providing those conditions is quite a difficult job.Usually in march april you get the rated power of a panel....

KVA * power Factor = KW 3.2 * 0.87 = 2.78 KW iska maximum power output 2.78 KW hoa. aap k test k mutabiq. meri baat me correction ki gunjaish agar kisi bhai ko nazar aye to me us islah k lia paishgi mashkoor honga.

DC mein power factor nai hota. DC to AC inversion efficiency kehlati hei. or 100% koi bhi inverter efficient nai hota.

As such you are using the full source of 4000 watts therefore it is producing around 2.8 or 2800 watts. 4000/746 comes to 2.98 or 2984watts the remaining 198 watts are line losses. In your experience which inventer is producing the accurate watts as per it's specifications, what you say about Tesla and fronus.

Secondly es Inverex inverter ka power factor 1 hay that means it can take load of 3.2KW as well but only when the power factor of load is also 1. Aap nay jab video banai hay to load main kuch fans ya motors hn gi jin ka power factor less than 1 hota hay, es liay inverter KVA main ziada load show kar raha hay aur KW main kam.
