In Google Sheets, why not just use "=-" and the cell number for the formula? Also, in excel, you can copy and special paste a "-1" using the multiply option. This would avoid having to create formulas and values in additional columns.

What about when I'm using percentage? It's on -5,72%, and I can't seem to fix it to 5,72%

Hi! It should be enough with (in Excel) right click on the new cell (that should say 0,0572) and select "Format cells" followed by "Percentage". At least that works for me to make it show up as 5,72% in the new cell. // Chris
