i am also super prone to headaches, and if you don't use it already, f.lux is a great program to help make your screen less bright/blue! You can adjust it a _lot._ Nice added difficulty to a challenge like this, too, since it tints the screen orange lol. I often see an outfit I gave a sim another day with different settings and am like "huh, that... is not quite the color I thought it was"
