Gi grip fighting for BJJ stand up

Which grips should you go for, grip fighting basics, what grips are considered 'strong' (as in, your first priority is breaking them, otherwise you are not going to be able to do anything). I just started going to gi classes after a couple of months of no-gi and I'm lost all over again.

Great video. I almost didn't watch it because I thought I knew how to get grips, and then you drop that bombshell about how the 4 finger and pistol sleeve grips suck for standup. The other downside to the 4 finger sleeve grip (IME) is that it's hell on your fingers. Thanks for the info.
