I'm afraid your calculations are not correct. In my opinion you should use 32x1.5mm wire (26v 230A) for 6kw or 16x1.5mm for 3kw ( Is there a problem with overheating? ) Great project, congratulations. I hope it works great.

wow i have built a few but not as nice as yours i have a 4 hy4008 i have been using for few years i have one with 24 hy4008 board like yours i have been using for a few years i have one of the 24 mosfet auto voltage boards also i am building a 12k now using GS boards you do awesome work

I have same board from china with egs002 module.run on 2 transformer from apc ups they hit 2 kw out put continuous.im setup overload at 2,5kw.systyem run 48vdc-56vdc from battery bank

Hola hermano, tengo una placa de esas con EGS002 60hz HY4008 X 8 transistores trabaja a 12v potencia de 1.5KW, quiero subirle el voltage a 24 o 48v 😉 abría modificar algunas resistencias en la etapa de potencia HY4008?
