Real estate is still a bubble. Ang nanalo lang jan yung mga tao sa panahon 70's & 80's and steadily tumataas presyo nya pero yung sahod ng tao hindi sabay sa pagtaas ng presyo.. In long term talo ang newer generation kasi no choice sila mahal na mga lupa, if you think of it, parang ninakawan sila ng opportunity ng mga naunang generation sa chance na magkaroon ng sariling lupa/bahay. Tandaan ntin limitado lang resources and that includes land.. Kaya marami nagtatalong pamilya pagdating sa mga pamana ng mga magulang, paano habang tumatagal pamahal ng pamahal presyo..
