I agree, a conveyor is a second man and would save a ton of time. I just ordered my 12-22 at the Paul Bunyan Show and debated ordering a conveyor along with it but can't decide on either a 16ft or 24ft. I'll be loading into a 16ft dump trailer from front to back. I like the grizzly bar concept but I also don't really want to be dropping wood from 18ft into my trailer. Unfortunately I have to cut and split at one location and stack in another down the road so the debris wouldn't really be a factor I guess with hand stacking.

Congrats on the 12-22 that’s a sweet machine, I think you may like the reach of the 24ft conveyor, but it would have to be high to load front to back, where I load from the side I can lower the conveyor to just above the side of the trailer and it doesn’t have to fall very far,and I usually only have to move the trailer once to get the full 14ft

My wife uses a a saw like that with a easy start, I don't need a conveyor yet but thing's change, it will work great with my eastonmade splitter love your channel

Hey John, I’m a little confused with your question, if your talking about the bar the rollers of the chain ride on it isn’t attached to the chain it’s on the deck of the conveyor and the chain rides on top of it.

Oh I c, they are welded to a link, so I would say if one broke you can just change the link it’s welded to

Finishing up my 36' conveyor now, it takes a major burden from the work load having a conveyor get rid of the split logs. If you have a push through splitter and you want to make life easy then the conveyor is a very handy tool to add to your set up. I ordered a live deck and plan to make a two part processor that works along side my eastonmade 22-28. That way I can process logs with a stand alone splitter but still take the it down the road to do other work.
