My opinion : 1. Make a short strangle of strikes at 1.5% above & 1.5% below then it's OK. Or 2. Make a short strangle in weekly expiry 100 points above & 100 points below for full week but hedge both the ends (by making it Iron condor). Also, whenever you see 80% of your max profit (as per pay off chart) in your PL, just square off immediately & take next trade only after expiry.

You can not say the returns are 700% because you are factoring in the impact of other trades a person will take on other days. It is a good strategy but only when you have enough money and you are just putting for some returns. It can become effective if you introduce strategy that will work on monday, Tuesday Thursday Friday so then we can come to a perfect returns.
