I enjoyed the planning, accounting for its viability within the company and with what’s happening in the industry. I think a few sheckles towards their stock is warranted, probably as much as I can over the next 363 days. Also keep an eye on when they are selling, might be sign to buy more BTC 15-30 days later? Excellent interview James! I wasn't able to get the first part of it live,so I had to come back to the beginning. I've been in CLSK for several years,since before it was a Bitcoin miner,and it's become my favorite company and largest holding. The share price hasn't kept up with the progress of the company,but I believe that it will catch up. Zack,Matt,and the crew are going for scale with low or no debt. With the hash rate double to triple what it is today,imagine the free cash flow it will throw off!

Good video but all I know is that the GBTC shares I sold to convert to CLSK are up 40% whereas I'm negative on CLSK by 14% in that same timeframe. Whatever about talk of their hash rates, that math certainly doesn't add up.

My two crypto miner holdings are a very very long way underwater. With that in mind I was not going to watch this interview and beat myself up. But then thought maybe I will just watch the first few minutes. An hour later I am so glad I did. New hope for a recovery of at least some of my unrealized loss now dwells within me.

It is just a matter of time, in my opinion, until CLSK share price catches up. Not sure if their is hesitancy from investors with growth plans, but institutional investors have gone up. If they get to 16EH we should be very happy holders.

What use is it to excel in an industry that is designed to burn cash? Is it simply the nature of the beast? Capital will be destroyed? Debt will rise, shares will dilute? Great show, smart guest... but I still don't see selling my BTC to buy shares of CS, BITF, HIVE, HUT etc

Sebastian did a comparison on dilution among all of the publicly traded Bitcoin miners for year 2022 and CleanSpark actually diluted less the least of all of them.

Based on growth, yes. But when you compare shares outstanding versus a year ago, they did the worst 😢 90% dilution in 9 months if I remember correctly

@@Enogabal1 but that can be skewed by the fact that the shares outstanding last year was extremely low. And doing a % dilution comparison just makes it look worse than what it really is. Ceo of clsk stated in the video today that their growth and ROI far outpaces their share dilution.

What happens with Bitcoin mining companies once all Bitcoin has been minted?

They'll earn higher transaction fees than they currently do if Bitcoin adoption and price increases. Nothing to worry about now since everyone alive at this moment will be dead before the last Bitcoin is mined

If mining companies HODL their Bitcoin and Bitcoin becomes a reserve currency of the world or even competes with other currencies like the USD and Yuan, these mining companies could in theory become like decentralized central banks and lend out Bitcoin instead of traditional fiat. For that to happen Bitcoin price would need to stabilize and not have such wild swings in price
