With all due respect to Kuala Lumpur, you can compare that to this. BKK is the hotspot in Asia, and this is in the middle of the business district, probably the top 1-3 locations in BKK. It's not only quality etc. that costs, location plays a huge factor...

Invest Bangkok Property? This is a $6m apartment with an ROI per year of $200k and a depreciating value of almost 50% in 5 years. I might as well burn my money lol... I don't get how so many Bangkok apartments are listed for prices with little to no ROI...... I also don't get how monotone people like the presenter in the video get these jobs. Guess more CDS on Thai housing will get rid of this garbage market.

it really depends on your investment objectives. if it's for rental return than such an ultra luxury condo will not be suitable.
