How has inequality changed in the UK, and why is it changing? Arun Advani explains some surprising findings: when you order people by income and look at the top 1% of people, 1 in 4 of these are migrants. The share of income going to the top 1% has been rising. But if you remove the income going to migrants within this group, it drops by 90%.
