You're correct, I have used this for technical analysis many times and the information is not quite correct. This is not recommended for day trading because there is a huge delay in syncing data. I think the best option is to go with another stockbroker who has the platform with graphing capabilities. Do you have any recommended stock brokers with these capabilities? Thanks for the info

Data of weekly averages will differ from monthly averages. so for a longer term view you may look at monthly ratios, and you can take the decision with a lower frequency data

In technical analysis what is meant by monthly sell/buy ?

The computations are done on monthly frequencies. For eg 12 month moving averages. So best thing is to look out for daily sell/buy if you are a stock trader. However for an investor monthly sell/buy decisions would be fine

Hi, a small clarification. In the technical analysis, RSI is 61 but it gives a buy signal. Noticed the same in another counter as well - when the RSI was 37, it gave a sell signal. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Thanks in advance.

RSI moving surpassing 50 mark is the buy signal, when its falling then sell signal
