Sir , your explanation is very useful ; i can able to very much recognize what you are pointing out during selection , accumulation and mainly Holding ( 3 episode ) and hope you will give insights for when to sell or how to decide the selling decision ( in my view or at least to me - this is hardest think - sometimes we think celebration is over and sometimes we fail to recognize the end of rally ) ...thank you and one request - for any new comer who is in the market less than 3 years definitely cannot understand deeply what you are saying...you can pick one stock example ( only example not recommendation ) according today situation - how i exercise 1 lakh buying - mainly address the physiological constraints while processing the data and while deciding the opinion please do sir...it will be helpful.... if you ask me , i am seeing such opportunity now in REC LTD - THAT I WANT TO HOLD 1 LAKH SHARE @ BELOW 150 RS... When there is a 5 bagger many ideas due crop up on our minds, take profit out, buy real estate, gold is safer, overvalued company etc... But you do mention to follow the incoming news in the company to take decisions... Hold seems to be the toughest decision as it has to be taken every qtr

Sir holding direct equity shares for 10+ years is very risky sir , need to follow every quarter results , be updates on all news etc , for 15 years its better experience to hold a Flexicap funds or Large&midcap funds which gives better investor experience
