The thing is… there are very very real needs of health and climate… as such there are also large investments being generated. The reality of helping people while also not being naive to the logistics and conditions of the needs but of also the investments and what that Looks like over time… the opportunities are both real and fraught with hazards. The understandings of grift and graft and usurpations and crony capitalism or monopoly or dictatorships and class infused wealth inequities. We Have to be honest and kind. The work of regional health, climate and tools can help. It’s still all of us… but it’s workable. Security and efficacy without the abuse of individuals and groups. The needs of authentic community engagement matters… local And larger contexts. #LoveEVICTShate
