Love you Rose, but for $2,350 a week (which is $122,200 a year), you need (for example) $1 million getting 12.22% in passive income (dividends/distributions/interest payments/etc) a year. Basically, it's a three step process: 1) Create the base amount (and re-invest any passive income) 2) Once base amount met, use passive income for expenses 3) Later in life, rebalance portfolio into high yield / depreciating NAV ETFs (like YieldMax) to let the base amount slowly reduce while receiving massive passive income monthly. This is like a reverse mortgage, except you'll still have a base amount (even though not as much) to provide via will when you pass away.

Remember it is passive income we are talking about here…. If you are trying to quit your job just off of investing, of course you will need money, it takes money to make money but lets not forget she did say it is realistically whatever you invest and for those who dont know compound interest goes a very long way as well, this is passive residual income to build wealth overtime, not for you to think you will have stable income weekly/bi weekly or monthly from this business.. the more you invest the more you make just be smart because that is not always the case 👍🏼 hope this message changes some thoughts to some.

I currently have a decent military pension and medical benefits. In less than 8 years, I can retire from my second career with another full pension. A few years after that I will be eligible for Social Security. I have no debt, and I have investments that pay around $1,500 a month. Unfortunately, this type of retirement is next to impossible for today's generation because employers don't offer pension plans, housing prices and loan rates are sky high, and inflation is eating up a lot of people's savings.

Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing in REITs or Stocks are top on the list for that as you don't necessarily need a lot of time for them and if you use a Fiduciary you may literally do nothing. ETFs offer exposure to a wide range of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities, which can help reduce risk. ETFs, like broad market index, sector-specific, and bond ETFs, are favored for long-term investments because of their diversification, reducing risk while offering growth and income potential.

Opting for an inves-tment advisr is currently the optimal approach for navigating the stock market, particularly for those nearing retirement. I've been consulting with a coach for a while, and my portfolio has surged by 85% since 2023

I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my portfolio for retirement of about $150k. I want to know: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets, or do I look into alternative sectors?

You should also explain how these investments are taxed, .ie Qualified and Non-qualified dividends.

the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.

Great recommendations. I'm looking to start investing in the stock market and other asset classes with $60k this quarter. Should I focus on index funds or individual stocks? Preferably want the route with the best return in investment. Thanks!
@Tipping-Point884 ай бұрын
I'd suggest a mix of index funds and a few individual stocks. Diversify and watch currency rates by converting in smaller amounts. Good luck!

Now, I Just realized that the secret to making a million is saving for better trades. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money trading. For example last year I Traded with 10k in Crypto and made about $146k,but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million

The process of trading can be complicated when you have limited knowledge. However, with the right strategy and setups, you can be successful. I’m guided by Charles Tyson. A widely known crypto consultant

This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this, and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?

yeah Charles Tyson was my hope during the 'bear summer' last year. I did so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, and of course from Charles Tyson. He is my number one source when it comes to crypto and TA.

Not impossible but still tough to get to. You can buy dividend stocks that yield 14% annually (before taxes and less inflation of course). Invest about $800k and there you go… but of course getting that $800k is the main mountain to climb.

I have been doing this type of approach for the last couple of years for my IRA and investing heavily in dividend paying stocks and ETFS. As of right now for every dollar I am investing per month, I am getting almost 50% on top of what I am investing. I am hoping to get that much higher and closer to 100%. So this video is fantastic info and stuff I need to learn about for additional research. I need to diversify my holdings so thanks for this.
@mikos2k13 ай бұрын
Yes, initial investments is huge but see them as place holders. The initial money will alway be there, and those dividend stocks/etf will bring in free money.

My neighbor brought a house in Texas but doesn't live in it, instead she lives in a garage with two other people. The house sits vacant, not sure why she doesn't rent it out for passive income, instead living with 7 people in another house that only has two bedrooms. The house has 4 people in the actual house part and 3 in the garage, and there is no AC or heat and only 1 bathroom for all 7 people. Explain to me how this makes any sense?
