Congratulations! Great interview and content. That's an amazing achievement. I like having a short memory, too.

A great interview. I can relate to many of Ed's statements , one of which was, that it can be a positiv,e to have a bad memory so you can put the red day behind you and focus on the new day. The other, being accountable by showing your trades to others can certainly help in minimising the stupid impulsive entries.. Cheers.. keep it up.

This is a great content. Many small accounts can relate to this. It is hard to grow a small account, especially for newly developing traders.

I started trading 8 months ago (April 1st). Everything worked great for 2 months (AI) - I did my DD as far as I knew - but I developed/reinforced bad habits. The last 7 months have been brutal & educating. Nate at IU has been very helpful. This past November was my first profitable month - it was ugly, small & bloody - but green. I'm on my way now with the knowledge that you CAN'T blink.

I had a 55+ day win streak once too. Every single day green and decent amount too. The problem with this is you start to expect it. And when you lose you lose big because you basically forgot what it's like to lose. It's a dangerous game playing with strategies that have over a 60% hit rate over time.

look at the daily chart and then look at the level 2 if there's big sellers or buyers. follow the trend and adapt limit loses by if your wrong 2-3times, stop trading that. don't keep digging yourself into a bigger hole be selfaware. your strategy has an edge. know when to push, know when to scale up or down, walk away. minimise bad trades posting minimises dumb trades = makes you not take the trade.

Like to know if generally, but especially in the penny stock in the video example used, Barry uses margin, and what percentage for a single trade? Penny stocks are not my forte, but for sure they offer larger position sizes for more profit over less ticks. Something I will need to consider. As it is I use close to 75% of my capital for a single trade, a $15 to $40 stock, without margin, which I tend to use if I purchase another stock at the same time. Any comments would be helpful. I don't know how to use Level II for volume changes that might be helpful. Any quick comments?

I wish Ed was my neighbor, I would find a way to be best friends with him and then I too would turn 25K into 100 K in 46 days.

Most good traders arent aware of what they are doing. Like asking Lebron James why he's good at basketball.. It all boils down to intuition and little environmental cues that a chart can't pick up. I'd like to see an interview of a guy that has zero intuition but has all the analysis in the world and detailingly understands why they does so well.

Actually you can carry it because what if you lose all your money and these hedge funds wipe out all your capital and now u have nothing to trade

We don't scapegoat our losses to hedge funds. That's the difference. 😅
