Has anyone gotten a Red Rush from the Severe Risk event yet? I've run it constantly with ny best team and havent seen him once (reaching over level 100)

I haven't got him yet, but I did get 1 Shrinking Rae in the last event. Really low drops, unless you have a crazy high level team.

Ive been playing for like 2months now and I cant get my omni man past 220, its difficult to find him in the shop and then claim him

The higher level you can rank your shop, the higher your chances of seeing him (and every other elite). Also what I do is save up my currency for big events with higher rewards, like the Allen event or Battle Beast event.
