this build is trash. It’s old also, leeching is the set that makes his build unkillable, however, leeching has been the butter of builds like this since resilant yokeda was nerfed.

As a added note, from my experiences silver leash acts as a soft taunt, even if the monster is too big to pull, then tend to run over to you anyway

Nice video. Harbinger is fun I use it on my Necro. I paired it with Warriors Poet to maximize my HP. I had Leeching but in pvp took it off. Leeching works great in a dungeon. Now that monster set.... I never knew I could get one from the sewers. I am going to have to go find that one.

Welp, this just convinced me to give necromancer I try. I've been putting off making one since I not really into undead/minion themes for playstyles, but I've been trying to get into tanking and none of the other jobs feel quite right to play so I guess it's necro's time to shine. Maybe. Getting that helm and shoulder is going to be very painful though since I can never find allies in IC.

If you don't block much use gaze of sithis 4K armor 1k health regen and 3kmax hp I also run tormentor set with great sword to tank groups of adds cuz charge can taunt whole groups at once

I'm running this build with Leeching, Plague Doctor, and Grothdar set for now. I am simply unkillable. I am working on subbing Plague Doctor for Imperium and Grothdar for Infernal Guardian (they should trigger each other). I think constantly bubbling the group and firing mortars sounds like fun. This is by no means a "beginner build" though in my opinion and so far is very viable for end game content. I haven't done any trials, but even vet DLC dungeons are laughable with this build.

My first necro is a tank. Been running necro tank since Necro dropped. I run leeching, crimson, 1 piece stone keeper, 1 piece torc. Probably gonna swap the torc for death dealer in Blackwoods.

Slot Defense Stance on your sword board bar, gives better passives, remove boneyard and replace with necro health tether, does massive heals. Also, become a vampire immediately and slot blood mist

The problem is that harbinger set got nerfed in blackwood, 7% to 5% of max hp as damage, and it looks like even less, because 5% of 50k is 2500 damage, and u have a bit over 2100 damage

Try Harbinger with Resilient Yokeda, big heals and big damage, not to mention how fun it is lol.

I prefer everything sturdy with the option of reinforced possibly on the chest or legs. Reinforced is useless on the girdle as it gives less of a bonus typically than nirnhoned. If ur not running sturdy on the small pieces ur resource management is gonna be rough. I ran leeching with bloodlords embrace, will all sturdy u get infinite blocking on your ice staff and leeching heals u. Ur literally immortal. Add crimson to the mixture and its even crazier.

I have a build challenge for you. It's a solo build with no active or passive skills that can play and survive as much PVE content as possible. You might ask, what's the point? Well, the point is, I'm mainly into crafting and housing and I make most of my money from doing writs on multiple alts. As soon as I get a character to level 50, max rank in each craft I create a new alt. All of my skill points go into crafting and I only generally get to around level 32-34 by the time they are max level and rank in all crafting lines, but it's a question of getting there as easily as possible. Obviously I could just get there then respec, but I don't tend to rush and I want their crafting contribution to be as high as possible throughout the process. My current approach is using a Nord with all points into health. I wear adept rider x 5, torug's pact x5 and death wind x 2, 5 heavy, 1 medium, 1 light with greatsword. Training on weapon/armor, healthy on jewelry. I use health enchants for the armor, absorb health on the weapon and health recovery on the jewelry. My main objective is to get enough skill points for all of the crafting lines, so I am mostly farming skyshards, completing public dungeons, the main quest and levelling. This build allows me to do all of that without the need for food/drink or pots, but whilst adept rider as well as using the steed mundus stone saves me a lot of travelling time around the world and running through delves and public dungeons, as you can imagine I don't kill things very quickly. I'm sure this can be improved upon, because I barely ever take damage unless I pull two or more groups in a public dungeon. Obviously my health dips below 100% briefly, but then it's straight back up within a second or two. This makes me think I could lower my max health and increase stamina to get a little more damage from my light and heavy attacks. Anyway, hopefully you are bored enough to accept this challenge, rather than making a more widely useful build.

I literally run this build with the leeching yolo an grot for the massive flame are. I sit I tank I buff I grab things an with those I only win.haha gg P.s. I also run bone armor that reflects 100% of damage its nuts. I use that as my main attack.

@@luckyrelic leech is an ae proc, just like crimson. They are pretty much the exact same set, pretty sure even the bonuses are the same. I will have to recheck them both now.

I run both. Leeching hits more than 1. Leeching is a HOT while crimson is burst heal.

@@billfletcher3966 I need either Crimson legs to drop or a Crimson amulet and I can run both in pve. Running only 1 of them helps a ton with survivability when I duo vet dungeons with my son's Templar. Both at once would be godmode.

Just put on leeching and youre unkillable in all add pulls. Doesn't even matter what race. Wouldn't recommend it in endgame trials

The "NPC" build: So you run towards the enemy, stand just outside of melee range, swing twice to full animation, realize you're missing, step forward get 3 hits with full animation, think you're too close and back up just outside melee range again, miss another swing letting the entire animation play, see the enemy is doing a charge ability so you queue an aoe for the enemy to litter the area they just were doing no damage. But thankfully a player character were nearby and the fight is over - you won.
