This happens as sometimes when you do this, it separates the actual body from the soul as it is called. If you try to Statis it, you can see it statis-ing the soul

I was just going around hyrule castle shooting random guardians with ancient arrows and murdering them,and I saw a guardian that looked like it could be a decayed one,i used stasis and it was a guardian,I used stasis on it just for the sake of it,and the guardian woke up,saw me,and then fell through the ground.

Hey Boko Club Gaming, what if somebody made a mod where EVERY single enemy is invisible in BotW? Including bosses, mini bosses, and scouts. Just imagine the Trial of the Sword like that. ON MASTER MODE!
