Because the sanitizer burn with blue flame. Hydrogen burns with a pale blue that is nearly invisible in daylight. And I am using lights so it's is not visible.

Yes. Because blue flame is more powerful and less visible. And yellow flame contains dust particles and carbon monoxide etc..... It might be lighter visible than normal flame

Did you used liquid sanitizer or the gel sanitizer. I here used the zel one.
