i feel like her ult actually contest the payload cause none of the players have that individual indicator that shows that they are invisible (like how Psylocke turns purple, or how friends inside cloak's right click turns dark), only indicator is the massive tube that probably counts as an "obstacle" and doesn't change the actual 'state' of the characters inside it

*I think the way her ult works is like a one-way mirror.* Whoever is outside can't see the inside and whoever is inside can see everything, both inside and outside. If so, I'd say people inside absolutely would count as being on the objective, *because they aren't really insivible themselves, it's the area that is essentially being obscured.*

This makes a lot of sense, though I would assume it only works that way for the enemy team, with it not impairing allied vision one way or the other. I also wonder why there is the additional circle icons in the center? Might be just for lining up the ult on the ground, but maybe there is an additional effect like a shield for allies in the middle. Looking forward to her.

Depending how they interpret her force fields it can go either way. I'm just glad they didn't make it a player side flashbang effect where you lose sound and sight on your TV. That would have broke the game with lag.

Seen a few people react to this now and yours is the most informative, but something no one is talking about is that her shield she deploys looks like it heals over time. The hp bar above the people she is shielding turn green and start to gradually increase before she uses her left clicks.

There are 3 white/blue dome abilities in the game now. Thor, Cloak&Dagger, and Invisible Woman. I think they need to tweak all of them so they are more visually distinct. In the heat of battle you don’t want to get confused on which is which.

Lowkey I think y'all just don't pay attention. I have never once mixed them up, but they look distinct enough. Thor's is a darker blue where the dome it self is thinner. C&D's dome is a much brighter shade of blue and it has a very bright light emitting effect on it. Even in the heat of battle you can tell the difference if you know what you're looking for. Go to the practice range with a friend. Play both characters and place them down and you'll how different they are and I don't think you'll get confused again.

One thing I thought of with her ult is that potentially you don’t actually have to be in it to get the benefits. You could use it sorta like an invisibility wall and stand behind it in some cases. Super cool character

It’s the same knockback used on Captain America going for the health pack. I don’t think it’s a melee attack but a ranged attack with a melee looking start/swing. But idk we will find out soon

I think what people are missing is that her ultimate affects everyone. Even enemies. Everyone inside the bubble can see anyone in their line of sight. Anyone outside the area cannot see friend or foe inside the area. I guess you can use this to make snipers and longer range healers either push in or be cut out of the fight. You can sorta kinda cancel ults like starlord- at least until he gets close. No cheese with scarlet which unless you put your ult off to the side of the point and pray noone goes in to look? So if you are having a 6v6 fight and everyone is standing inside... it effectively does nothing.

I also want to say She has very good 1v1 abilities her invis can be used to regroup with the team as long as you don’t use the abilities Her force field can slow dive dps like iron fist and dive dps as well she can push them away In a way she’s kinda like mantis but just more proficient

Her ult seems to isolate rather than simply make her team invis. So everyone can inside is invisible to those outside except for her team. Basically the enemy can’t see their teammates or enemies inside but her team is unhindered

in summary, it looks like she has: - a doctor strange-like shield that she places in front of a chosen ally instead of herself (right-click) that gets regenerated by landing hits on enemies (and maybe allies?) with her primary - a double jump that provides temporary invisibility (probably pretty good because the enemy won't know what direction you're moving in) - a blast forward that can pull in heroes or push them out based on your choice (e, left-click to push and right-click to pull) - a placeable forcefield that slows down enemies (left-shift) - a placeable ultimate that creates a circular pillar of one-way invisibility (q)

The jumpibg invisibility passive seems like a great way to peel divers off yourself. For example: Start first jump directed away from the enemy, but then do the second invis jump behind them.

I think they’ll still count as being on the payload. In the case of Jeff and Psylocke they can’t attack or interact with people until they leave that state but you can see the invisible people still can. So I think that’s the deciding factor

I think I found my new main. I love supports with alternate ways to support the team like mantis with damage boost and cloak and dagger with blind and temp invulnerability. Invisible woman's kit looks right up my alley.

Also it looks like her attacks bounce from surfaces including her own bubbles/shields, good for getting off good damage for Thor in the first clip and then good healing for Reed and her teammates later on!

Cozy, I think you might be wrong about the invisibility ult. Jeff goes underground, he's not on the map technically. But being invisible still counts for being on the point, because they are visible within the dome. Enemies would have to walk into the dome to see the team.

the double jump seems to be an ability, not a passive. if you look at the bar it has as SPACE ability and it goes on cooldown when she jumps back from Thor. probably similar to hawkeyes jump.

The Invisibility looks more like breaking line of sight for the enemy. It's not the same invisibility that say loki or psylocke gets - it's in the area. I'm fairly sure this won't break the payload map. It's different code that does than attaching invisibility to a character.

There is no way her invisibility is passive that'd be so broken! I'm guessing if it is it has to be after a few seconds of inactivity. If that's the case I'm 1000% going to be using her. Luna was my main otherwise; but sue is pretty rad man. Invisibility, healing; mobility. All super useful. I'll have to see if her other abilities are as useful as luna, Lunas kit is basically perfect; piercing if you need it to heal and harm, freezing to stop instakills and the ice skate ability to scoot away

yeah, thats how it works. if you are out of combat for a few seconds, you go invisible. It's similar to how Mantis runs fast when out of combat for 3s.
