Dodgy bananas are fabulous in muffins and banana bread. Just when you cannot face eating them, they are perfect for cooking! Thank you for the video. Lovely scenery.

If your bananas go too far, chop them up and freeze them. They’ll still be great for smoothies or baking banana bread or pancakes

Bananas will make everything ripen quickly that is near them - so if you wanted to ripen an avocado quickly, put it next to a banana. xxx

Hahaha.. I've never worn a jacket upside down, but have worn pants inside out. If I'm not mistaken, have we not been to Tads house before? I recognize the red fridge and stone wall in the kitchen. Unless someone else has a similar kitchen that you've shown us before. We need more car sing a longs with IB. Imo, in my local Tesco, the Free From Range has 20% off. Biscuits, cereal, loads of stuff. It’s really difficult to stick to gluten free when out and about. I’m gluten intolerant and not coeliac, So I can have something like a burger 🍔 out but I just don’t eat the bun. Coeliacs can’t risk cross contamination of course. I can sympathise with IB as trying to be good by avoiding wheat 🌾 is easier at home. It must be frustrating for you trying to help him with his food shopping and cooking for him. I enjoyed the music 🎵 as always. 😊x I recognised those motorway services, I use them often. 😊
