 Please skip the first part of the video (No need to create the resource app) if you already have IDCS-FA federation setup.
 In case of different IDCS, create the OIC client App on the FA IDCS and not OIC IDCS.

Thank you for informative video Aditya..just one doubt unrelated to this, What configurations one has to do in service cloud end in order to integrate service cloud and OIC? For example, for erp cloud we register CSF key in order to receive callback and stuff like that . So, likewise for business event subscription what do we have to do in service cloud

In IDCS Admin console --> under settings --> Default Settings --> "Access Signing Certificate" might be turned off for you. Turn it on and try.
