It seems to me the Invommilling process takes more time than gear hobbing. Am I correct or the video is running at lowered spped?

i would think so, i think the process really shines, not for volume production, but for tooling flexibility where a gear hob is one trick pony, these invomill cutters can do a large variety of gear profiles with a minimal selection of tools.
