I beg to differ. everyone except Michael Hutchence is having a good time. He looks miserable as though he’s been dragged into all this limelight by his fellow bandmates - who are digging it - and his management. Looks like he’s at his end, worn out, needs a break. I never was a INXS fan but I recently heard “Never tear us apart”. A major tug-at-the-heart song where I looked up the lyrics, So simple, so forward, so moving. All from Michael Hutchence. He was very talented and INXS would have been nothing without him. He seemed sensitive and needed crutches like ‘smoking’ ‘alcohol’ and whatever else he did. It was an absolute shame he left us and I’m truly sorrow for him. He’s finally at rest.

I think the fact that it's 2023 and we're still interested and listening...........that says something. He was a legend and I reserve that word for only the creme de la creme. INXS was absolutely a great band. Michael is wholly in the running for the best front man of any rock band ever. I'd say he sings technically better than most of the competition in a collision of smoothness and raw power. I'm a big Paul Rodgers fan and he's right there also. But I digress, INXS blended funk guitar grooves with power chords, Andrew's infectious and always tasty keys, Gary's playful, yet heavy and spot-on bottom, and Jon's explosive snare pop to create something beyond by rote rock and roll. Something quite like an impressive mashup of soul, melodic, heavy, emotive, and hooky - real ear candy you keep wanting more of. Gone way too soon as they were still firing on all cylinders making important music. This band had it all and watching this just reinforces my high opinion of them. Excellent, and still relevant today.

Superb video & sound quality. Thank you for posting. INXS sounds fantastic, as usual, but I cannot help but see some strain and lack of happiness in Michael's performance. He sings with perfection, but he doesn't look like he is enjoying himself. Knowing now what the future held, I think you can tell Michael was suffering. He was such a talent that he could persevere, despite his depression and the long-term medical impacts of the concussion incident in Copenhagen. May that cab driver who hit him rot in hell. Long live the greatness of INXS. These guys defined talent and musical acumen. They belong in R&R HOF.

Mike voice was perfection but his light was dimming, you can see it.... What a tragedy, his daughter ended up an orphan, and broke... The band in effect lost their job.... Mikes fortune and collections disappeared His Music got sold off... What a mess.... But he did leave an extensive caralogue, the Wembley video, a band like no other, always original, his daughter... @karimflee9 ай бұрын

People says he looks tired...i don't see it. He was definitely into the music. He could separate his professional/band life and personal life. I think it was soley personal issues that did him in. When you're idolized..its said to be a lonely place. Not bring able to spend much time with his daughter shattered him.😢 Such a loss of talent and great person.

Yes, he was definitely into the music. He's really more talented than people could ever give him credit for. Sigh. So sad. One thing is for sure: his voice is incredibly underrated.
