This was the 1st of two nights in Toronto. Their final show was in Pittsburgh... so this is the 3rd final show before they headed to Australia. Where ultimately it all ended. I can remember contemplating going to the 2nd show and thinking "nahh I just saw them. I'll catch them again on the next tour...". Proof that nothing is promised for tomorrow. Live your life to its fullest. You never know when it will change. Hutch was the best I ever saw. He made the women want to be with him and the men wish they were him. The greatest frontman of a generation. His death affected me for years. Mainly, how could someone with everything take their own life. I don't think I'd watched an INXS video in 15+ years. It was too hard. And as I have slipped in the ups and downs of my own life; I found myself feeling nostalgic and looking up concert clips from INXS... and youtube flood you with these old clips. Thanks for posting this. Sometimes its important to look at the past to see where we're going. There are always better days ahead. RIP HUTCH 🙏

The clock keeps ticking. Crazy. Sept '97 I was 35 and pregnant with a "kid" who'll be 20 soon. 14 years earlier, at 21, I saw INXS the first time they played in the States. Now I'm 55, Michael should be 57 but is perpetually 37, prime of life and gorgeous. I miss him. I miss this band A LOT.

Thank you Nick for the video , I love it ... I think the video is awesome , you got to remember it was back in 1997 ... the cameras & lightening was not like now a days .. Michael looks great in his suit and his hair cut for the tour .. He was in top form for the stage for sure .. his vocals are awesome . and very strong ... Elegantly Wasted album I thought was their best in their adult mature era.... the album would have done better if it was not released the same time of his death .. I was so looking forward to Elegantly Wasted tour It was going to be my first time seeing them live I am so sorry I did not see the band live .. and Michael .There is one and only be one Michael Hutchence Master of the rock stage.. It is a shame the other band members .. did not form a new band with a new name .. and carry on they are some of the best musicians and song writers in the rock band business

Christina, i think and i know that you knew Michael so well. Better than anyone else. This year Micheal would be 60 years old. On the occasion of his 60th birthday the documentary Mystify hast appeared, that i saw in cinema. It is a empathic dokumentation, with the view Fromm different perspectives and different people Who knew him very well. Not left out, is his view on the things of a good life and love. Its an experience he made, to give it back to us. And it is a question of your own Interpretation of how Michael really was. The facto is, that he gave everything to the audience and his fans, he was a great musician with the biggest heart and soul....RIP Michael

Hello, I just looked up the tour. The venue was The Warehouse in Toronto, Canada. INXS played there for two dates, September 25th and 26th. They also played in Montreal and Vancouver, but a commenter relays that this specific show was in Toronto, so I am deducing that it was at The Warehouse.
