As i type this, I'm quite literally in this worst position I've ever been in my life. Feeling like my back against the wall, and I have no other options. This song, and you Inzo specifically I always come back to you when I have these rough moments and discover songs like this I figured never existed. It's life changing, and always gives me hope. Thank you for giving me another reason to wake up tomorrow.

Friend, this was me a few days ago at Lake Michigan. I lost my partner recently, who was a boat captain, so I've been going to the lake to reflect and honor him and let the tears flow. Having this album on during was incredibly cathartic. Like a guided meditation almost. Hope the last year has treated you well.

@@MCappuc1 awww my heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry for your loss and send my condolences. My sister lost her fiancé. Losing your partner is one of the hardest things to experience in life. I'm so proud of you for feeling those emotions!! You will be in my heart as you heal! As for me, this year has gotten me to change a lot and for that I am grateful.

no way. Okay so, mate. This release coincides with a month long rabbit hole I've gone down. Synthscapes. Drone Sessions. Plunderphonics. Experimental sound projects. What stretches the boundary and definition of "music," vs what is sonic expression, a conversation if you will, of synth textures and ambience. Works like this, along with Oneohtrix Point Never and MADLIB (MF Doom's producer) have built my understanding of sound in an awesome direction.
@katyo3 Жыл бұрын
Well, now I'm convinced I need to go down this rabbit hole. I have just emerged from a GRiZ / future funk hole. Perfect timing for this. :)
@dylanherron3963 Жыл бұрын
@@katyo3 Friend I HIGHLY recommend a Japanese visionary artist by the name of "desert sands feel warm at night." You should find an album cover of a golden celestial pyramid. May need to bend your ear a bit, since the works are looooooong builds and texture-scapes and cascading layers. Not what a lot of people refer to as "music" in the traditional sense, but that's the whole point. Those audio tracks, the album cover, and the name "desert sands feel warm at night" evoke a MYSTICAL feeling all combined together. You begin to understand POSSIBLY what the artist was attempting to express. But even if you are "wrong," you're still left with a project that defies convention and leaves a lasting impact. And isn't that what "art" is? Apparently the genre is coined "Ambient Slushwave" and I couldn't agree more, for some reason.

Can I tell you guys a weird story? So I'm moving to Serbia from America (I know, it's random asf) but before I decided to just fucking yolo it which.. I already did to the Netherlands and failed.. I went there and I played this when I was hiking and staying near Pirot and ima be honest.. I'm so fucking glad I did. This song gave me a huge sense of peace before but when I saw the fucking MOUNTAINS in Serbia.. the people.. the animals and just fucking everything ( including the straight up amazing rakija) I fell in love. So now when I get really down in my shit.. I play this song to help motivate me to keep going. I'm packing for the move rn and I am just so fucking thankful I found INZO. Thank you so much for your music... it's so beyond inspiring and healing and I show everyone I can because man.. everyone deserves to finally feel peace.

I feel a potential in this piece, it's beautiful like a mixture of nature of earth and space, i see scenarios of stars and planets forming and coming to life making space as lively as this earth with it's nature, but with stars! I love to use my imagination in these types of videos as for this piece deserves a beautiful video to sing to, thank you for this astonishing song, this part of you is very beautiful!

I have been listening to your music for years and you have inspired me to try something I never thought I would have the courage to try. I've recently tried my hand at making a piece of music that utilizes excerpts from Alan Watts seminars. It's is nothing the quality of your music, but I am proud of my creation nonetheless. I just wanted to say... thank you, Inzo, for bringing your music into the world and therefore inspiring me to bring more out of myself. P.S. @shockingdiamond - It also reminded me of Interstellar. Fun Fact: My wife and I had a daughter just over a year ago and named her Murphy.
