Martin D. I believe it's in the circus restaurant in suess landing (might be wrong haven't been in a few years and most likely spelt suess wrong :/)

It's right at the end of the entrance on the right before you split to go to Marvel Superhero island or Suess Landing, across from Cinnabon. The backwoods bar is attached to it.
